Yoga Class Descriptions

Iyengar Yoga offers physical demonstrations, clear instructions, individualized corrections and modifications of poses with the use of props to help students learn how to move the body intelligently and safely.

All Levels

Develop precision in movement, balance, strength, flexibility, concentration; invite deep relaxation. New and seasoned students will be guided and challenged to work to their potential.

Gentle (Maple Valley location only)

Develop balance, strength, and focus in a milder, slower paced class. For students who require more support and adaption of poses due to chronic or acute conditions or rehabilitation.

This is not a therapeutic class and cannot address the needs of individuals with serious conditions.
New students must contact Frances before registering or dropping in to a class
