  • Instruction can be general or tailored for specific individual issues.
  • Schedule a class that meets regularly or a single session.
  • Class times of 60, 75 or 90 minutes in duration.

  • Limited props brought to your location- belts, blocks, blankets.
  • Fees vary based on the length of the class, number of participants, and travel time to your location.

  • Home studio props provided: mat, belts, blocks, blankets, sandbags, chairs, halasana bench, simhasana bench, and a stunning view!

Monthly Session Fees Vary: Reserve your space in class for the month. Make-ups may be made during the same month in another class or the first week of the following month only.
5 class card $75:
Attend any 5 classes in a 3 month period. Non-transferable; no credits/refunds for unused classes. Participation on a space available basis only.
Class Drop in $15/Workshop Drop in $22: Pay the day of class. Participation on a space available basis only.
